Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 48 hours (weekdays). We shall contact you in first instance if we cannot fulfill this.
UK - Delivered within 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL - Delivered within 14 days from ordering.
We log all our tracking numbers on the system against your order to secure each online order.
Packaging of all items is to a high standard. We endeavor to ensure you receive our magickal items safety to maximize your enjoyment.
Occasionally we use alternative courier services such as Hermes if the package is of a size or to assist in cost effectiveness of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Goods
We will ensure that all goods are packaged correctly and safely to limit the possibility of items being damaged in transit. We Therefore, do not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods. This will need to be investigated by the courier and your recourse is with them.
We will send all order to the address submitted via your online order. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the billing address, delivery address and personal details are correct prior to checkout completion.
Spellbound will be more than happy to provide tracking numbers and support to assist you in tracking your items.
If your goods are seized by customs and export due to restrictions in place, we would not provide a refund. We do provide a link of international restricted items. It is, therefore, your responsibility to read and understand those conditions prior to ordering. Links are attached to this end. The document clearly outlines prohibited items. Click & Collect
We send a confirmation notifications once the order has been confirmed, followed by a message from one of the witches of Spellbound Gloucester to notify you when you can collect your order, including time and day.
Our online orders can collect on any of the following days / times providing you have been notified that your order has been fulfilled and ready for collection. Monday - Wednesday 9am until 4pm; Thursday - Saturday 9am until 10am.

We offer a service to local customers to our store at 5 College Street, Gloucester, GL1 2NE.
This service is provided to customers who are located in postcodes GL1 - GL2 - GL3 - GL4 Monday -Friday.

This service is to provide the best level of customers excellence in delivering your online orders the same day to these postcodes.
So this service is sustainable we charge a £1.99 fee for same day delivery. Orders must be submitted before close of business the same day to be sure you receive your order.
*minimum order of £15.00*
(Close of business is 1pm however can change under the discretion of the director of Spellbound Gloucester Ltd)
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse same day delivery at any time.
Postcodes and days for this service can be changed at our own discretion.
In order to receive this service you must complete the following steps:
Shop Online; Click Your Witchy Basket; Select Shipping Country; Input the first part of your qualifying postcode for example, "GL1"; Click Update; Select the drop down and choose Same Day Delivery (costed at £1.99); Proceed to checkout.
As with most delivery services, we would ask you put notes on your orders online for the delivery person to be sure your order is delivered in a satisfactory way. For example; "If unavailable leave with neighbour"
You will require order confirmation and ID to collect at the shop.
Be sure to contact us to avoid disappointment of the witches not being available for you to collect in store.
