Draped black satin with inlaid panels of black lace and a purple satin underskirt give this skirt a gorgeous, sumptuous look that is sure to turn heads. It has an elasticated waist with drawstring so should easily fit any size between 10 and 16-18. The waist unstretched is 28" while stretched it is 38 to 40". The length of the skirt is 41"
